How blind woman earns Ph.D at university of Ibadan

History Made! 🇳🇬 Ifeoma Bibiana Okoli becomes the first-ever blind person to earn a PhD at the University of Ibadan. 


 Despite losing her sight at age 8 due to Retinitis Pigmentosa, Ifeoma pushed through challenges, dropped out of school, trained at a rehabilitation center, and returned with fierce determination. 

 She has now earned a PhD in Special Education, making history in Anambra State and inspiring countless others across the world.
